I have just discovered http://www.virtualbox.org/.
It's very easy to use and very faster than other similar tools.

Continuum features road map
After some brain storming parties the roadmap is here 2.0 Roadmap.
Some has already been released in 1.2.x series.
The niccer improvment can be the lifecycle/plugin refactoring.
And as it look I have written the specs, I have to write the code too.
Come on guys no real roadmap it's an open source project :-).
